Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellations

Since our services involve rapid local delivery and custom form-filling, orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order. To cancel, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp.

2. Refunds

Refunds are only issued under the following circumstances:

• The wrong product was delivered to you.
• The product arrived severely damaged.
• We were unable to deliver to your location.

Digital services (like Form Filling) are non-refundable once the form has been successfully submitted on your behalf.

3. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to the original source of payment.
